Many thanks Lee, Paul and Richard for the excellent service when we moved house on wednesday. Paul and Lee arrived on time, friendly, efficient, polite and always had a laugh with us. How they managed to carry our large very heavy 1960s teak sideboard out of the house and then up a flight of stairs into our new home and still have a smile, is testament to their professionalism. We couldnt have managed without them. Thank you. If you are moving home, just use Arnolds. Highly recommend.
Wayne, Lee and Paul moved us on the 27 March and couldn’t rate them high enough. Nothing was too much for them, they even moved boxes of Diet Coke (which I thought I’d have to move myself in my already packed up car. The move was quite difficult with the seller not moving until late afternoon and being quite tricky but the team were fantastic and most importantly, supportive to me, which is far more important than the move itself, meant a lot. Anyone looking to get removals should look no further than Arnold’s and definitely try to request Wayne, Paul and Lee for your team to move you - they are simply the best ❤️

Richard managed to fit in my move despite a full diary with people needing to beat the stamp duty deadline. Along with Wayne they methodically wrapped and packed the vans with care. No job was too small and they offered friendly and professional help throughout. I was put at ease and it greatly relieved the stress of the move. My items were put into storage awaiting me buying another house. I would recommend Arnold’s anytime.

Moved very early January 2025 and cannot thank Wayne, Nathan, Elliot, Paul and Barrie enough, our move went very well and they worked like troopers all day, they had three flights of stairs to contend with at the other end too. Brilliant removal service. From Richard on the end of the phone to the brilliant delivery team, Wayne, Paul and Steven, I received a no hassle, first class service! The gym equipment was seriously heavy. They didn’t moan once, just cracked on, dismantled it all and 4 weeks later came back and put it all back together! Wouldn’t use anyone else after the service they gave us!

I was very pleased with Arnolds for doing a rather complicated move. I had 400-500 heavy boxes of books on 3 floors of my old house, as well as the usual furniture. Yet that didn't seem to faze them. They took instructions well and followed my directions. The team of Barrie, Steve, Paul, and Wayne showed up on time, were polite, and did their work efficiently. I'm happy to give the top rating to your service.

I received outstanding service and support from Arnolds throughout the customer journey, from initial contact and estimating provided by Richard, through to a pretty complex two day removal booking (removal on day one then long distance delivery to my new property on day two, along with some furniture reassembly), expertly carried out by Steve and Wayne.

We used Arnold’s removals to move us last week, we chose them on recommendation and following the pre-move by Richard at the beginning of the year. Both of these convinced us Arnold’s were the right company to use. On the day Paul, Barrie, Steve and Elliott arrived on time and were a pleasure to deal with. They worked very hard and efficiently loaded our contents onto the van, before unloading at the new house. They were very patient, moving furniture in each room until we were happy. Was expecting a 4 to 5 hour on site visit. Paul and Steve got straight to it and completed in 2 hours. All items were handled with care and loaded safely onto their two trucks. Great guys. Richard in the office also took great care of arranging pickup and storage. This was all super easy.

Wayne, Barrie and Mike were so helpful yesterday in helping move my mums stuff from storage into her new home. the parking nearby is difficult and they were so considerate, even asking a neighbour their consent to block their drive whilst they unloaded. I'm suprised how quickly they all unloaded 2 vans and did so taking good care of all the items they brought in, laying matting down to prevent any scuffs and foot prints. would 100% recommend them

A reliable and truly professional company. I used Arnolds for my move to a new address seventy-eight miles away from Hull, this included the rocks from my old rock garden. The removal team of Wayne, Paul and Barrie were absolutely superb, helpful, cheerful and very strong. Moving is certainly one of the most stressful events in life. Arnolds removed as much stress as is humanly possible. Carl and Richard were extraordinarily helpful in preparing for the move. I cannot rate Arnolds highly enough. Paul, George and Nathan moved an unreasonable amount of possessions for us, and could not have been better. They were friendly, professional and barely complained about having to carry countless boxes of books (sometimes packed by fairly unsympathetic hands) up two flights of stairs. I would definitely recommend them.

Following my stuff being in store with Arnold’s for about 4 months they finally moved me into my flat in Lancashire. Nothing was too much trouble for Shane and Paul. They spent time fitting my bedroom furniture into place where I didn’t think it would go after having reassembled the beds that Arnold’s had taken down in Cottingham. Everything was intact. No breakages and they were not put off by the fact that it is an upstairs flat and quite a long way from the entrance to the building. I can’t remember who moved me out of the flat in Cottingham but all the men work hard and well. So don’t hesitate to use this firm for your removals.
So we have moved today and I have nothing but praise for the whole team at Arnold’s from my initial contact and phone calls with both Carl and Richard, the part delivery to our son’s in Leeds and then our move today when Wayne and Paul were particularly helpful.
